Malaga Bike Routes | Designer Outlet Route

For all you shop-o-holics out there! This for sure will be your favourite of all of our bike routes.

Don´t forget to ask for a bike with a basket to carry all your designer bargains! 

If you want to shop till you drop- this is the bike route for you! The route takes in three main shopping centers in the city of Malaga before you head out to the Designer Outlet.

Shopping stop no. 1

El Corte ingles- Spain’s most famous department store.

Shopping stop no. 2

Centro Comercial Larios / Larios Shopping Centre. Find all the famous Spanish high street shops here like Zara as well as International chains like Primark and H & M. 

Shopping stop no. 3

Vialia Shopping Centre is located in the same building as the train station for long-distance train-travel. Find shops like Bershka and Stradivarius here. As well, there is an enormous MediaMarkt for all your electronic needs. 

 Cycle down to the bike path next to the sea and continue until you reach the roundabout at the end of the beach.  The bike path continues north but at this point you have to leave the bike path and continue straight until you reach the river. Turn right then cycle north. Cross the first bridge you see, continue north and then cross the beautiful wooden bridge. Apparently, this is the longest wooden bridge in all of Europe! 

Continue aong the path and after crossing the next bridge, turn left. After 50 metres, follow the path down to the road, next to two stone posts. 

Cycle west, passing a roundabout that says GUADALMAR. After a few hundred metres, turn right and cross the bridge that goes over the motorway. 

Turn left and follow the road to the next roundabout and then left again to reach your final shopping destination: the Malaga Designer outlet.
